Day Camps, Summer, Winter, Spring, Thanksgiving Break Camps, Class Sessions, Rolling Sessions, Field Trips, and Workshops. 


Registration is incomplete, and placement cannot be guaranteed until we receive payment.  
Make an online payment via our Customer Portal or through QuickBooks online payment. Checks payable to CirquesExperience or Wolfgang Bientzle are accepted. If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), our bank will electronically debit your checking account for the amount of the bill PLUS a $30 processing fee. All Credits are valid for 1 (one) year from the original Event Date. 
Our payment term is "Due on receipt," except for the rolling sessions where the payment term is net/5 or as otherwise agreed. 
Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a $25.00 monthly finance charge.

Cancellation, and Refund:

For all refunds, cancellations, duplicates, and accidental registrations, a service charge of 20% of the amount but not less than $20.00 will be deducted.

Payment is non-refundable. To ensure reasonable prices and an excellent student-to-teacher ratio, individual days of absence cannot be refunded, made up, or transferred. Makeup classes may be arranged based on class size and availability.

 

  • To receive full credit the cancellation must be made at least 21 days in advance. 

  • We will credit 50% of the invoice amount for cancellations made between 7 and 21 days in advance. 

  • Cancellations made less than seven days in advance will receive no credit.

  • All refunds must be applied to future CirquesExperience programs based on availability. This policy is not binding and is at CE's discretion for cancellations made seven days or less before the start of the program/course/class.

Rolling Session Enrollment
 

  • Some classes, including Competitive Wheel classes, follow a 2-month rolling schedule.

  • Enrollment continues automatically from one session to the next.

  • To discontinue, provide cancellation notice at least one month in advance during the first month of the session.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the second month.

  • To cancel, send notice to info@cirquesexperience.org; verbal information is not sufficient.

  • Failure to notify may result in charges for an additional two months.

Day Camps
  • Payment is non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due at registration.

  • To receive full credit, the cancellation must be made at least 21 days in advance. 

  • We will credit 50% of the invoice for cancellations between 72 hours and 21 days in advance. 

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will receive no credit.


Summer Camps

  • Week-long sessions and pre-registration are recommended due to limited space.

  • The standard payment is $437.50 per week. The payment amount and details can change from year to year. The current year's details are available on our website/Customer Portal

  • Children with outstanding charges won't participate.

  • $150 of the tuition is non-refundable.

  • After May 1st, 2024, the remaining balance becomes non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made before May 1st are eligible for a full refund minus $150. 

  • If cancellations occur after May 1st, the amount paid may be applied as credits for future CE programming, subject to availability.

  • For cancellations of individual weeks, the refundable portion (fee excluding $150) will be credited for future CirquesExperience programming based on availability.

  • Re-scheduling to another week is possible, depending on availability.

Workshops and Field Trips: 
  • Thirty days prior: A full refund of 20% of the amount but not less than $20.00 will be deducted.

  • 7- and 30 days prior: 50% refund - 20% of the amount but not less than $20.00 will be deducted.

  • Less than seven days: No refund.


Afterschool Programs 
Fulltime/parttime per semester

  • Payment is non-refundable. Individual days of absence cannot be refunded, made up, or transferred to ensure reasonable prices and an excellent student-to-teacher ratio. However, make-up classes may be arranged based on class size and availability.

  • The cancellation must be made at least 30 days before receiving full credit. 

  • We will credit 50% of the invoice for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days in advance. 

  • Cancellations made less than seven days in advance will receive no credit.

  • All refunds must be applied to future CirquesExperience programs based on availability. This policy is not binding and is at CE's discretion for cancellations made seven days or less before the start of the program/course.

  • For non-attendance, contact the CE office 24 hours prior: afterschool@cirquesexperience.org.

 Drop-ins 

  • Payment: The balance is due at the time of registration. Your spot is guaranteed once payment is received. 

  • Children with outstanding payments cannot participate in the afterschool program. 

  • ​A full refund (less 20% admin. fee) 48 hours before the start of the course.

  • 50% refund (less 20% admin. fee) 24 hours before the start of the course.

  • No refund less than 24 hours before the start of the course.

 

Hours and Pick-up:
  • Hours: 3 pm to 5 pm or 6 pm.

  • Grace period: 10 minutes after the hour.

  • 10-20 minutes late: $10.00 charge.

  • Over 20 minutes late: Full fee ($17.00 - $20.00 per hour).

 


Your tuition and deposit will be refunded if CirquesExperience must cancel camps, classes, workshops, or any other event due to Coronavirus.
