The Leadership Pathway

1. Kids Support Training (Age 10+)

Introduction to responsibility through partner work

Playful learning of securing and assisting others

Foundation building: warm-up games, stretching, six basic wheel tricks, and conduct rules

2. Certified Coaching Assistant / Junior Counselor (Age 13+)
-
Training in single + partner wheel tricks, tumbling, trampoline basics

Understanding the coach & student code of conduct

Focus on safe and secure teaching practices

3. Aftercare Program Assistant (Age 14+)
-
Assist aftercare coaches weekdays, 3–6 PM
-
Develop teaching and coaching skills in a supervised environment

Gain real-world leadership experience with younger students
​​

4. Wheel Gymnastics Coach Level 2 (Age 16+)
(Eligible after at least 3 years as a coaching assistant or junior counselor)

Certification across all wheel disciplines

Leadership and teaching styles

First Aid & medical basics

Physical conditioning for support

Introductory biomechanics

Planning for individual and group progression
