We offer:

 

• Tuition discounts for youth classes and after-school programs

• Reduced fees for summer camp starting with the second child and beyond

 

 

Scholarship Application

 

Applications for the 2024–2025 season are closed.

 

• Returning students: Deadline Sunday, June 15, 2025

• New students: Deadline Sunday, June 15, 2025

 

Financial aid is available for children up to 15 years old. Please note that scholarship funds are limited—we provide them through personal contributions and the generosity of friends and family.

 

All information is kept confidential. Documents are reviewed and returned; we do not keep copies.

 

 

Eligibility & How to Apply

 

To apply, families must show one of the following forms of proof in person:

 

1. Illinois Medical Card (State of Illinois Healthcare and Family Services).

    

   • The enrolled child must be listed as a covered person.

   • The paying customer must be the case name.

 

OR

 

1. Proof of income below Federal Poverty Guidelines (parent/guardian of enrolled child):

    

   • Option A: Check stubs from the last 30 days.

   • Option B: Previous year’s IRS Form (1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ) and W-2.

Selection & Expectations

 

Scholarships are awarded based on:

 

• Financial need

• Student’s written statement

• Course and fund availability

• For returning students: volunteer participation, attendance, and conduct

 

Recipients are expected to uphold CirquesExperience’s values and show respect for fellow students and the community. Decisions will be emailed after the application deadline.

 

 

Important Notes

 

Scholarship funds cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers and do not cover:

 

• Registration fees

• Costumes

• Workshops, private lessons, events, or performances

• Parent-and-kids or adult classes

• Partner program classes

• Day camps or school break programs
