Dance and Movement Class for Teenager and Adults Mon 6:30-7:30 - Session $240
Introducing students to the world of dance and movement with structured, disciplined classes. These sessions focus on developing body awareness, posture, and placement. In addition to teaching the fundamentals of routine creation and essential skills, students will enhance their individual movement abilities. All classes emphasize turns, jumps, leaps, increased flexibility, strength, and overall style development.
